Career paths
Even though the majority of our consultants come to CNC with several years of professional experience, it is nonetheless possible to join us directly after an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. As an Associate, you are a member of various project teams and are given a lot of responsibility right from the start. Of course you're never left entirely on your own, but are always supported by a team structure. At the same time, you have the opportunity to learn a lot in a short period and to acquire the different CNC consultancy tools.
Those who wish to progress to the next stage int their career (Senior Associate, Consultant, Senior Consultant), will be increasingly challenged in the areas of project management, client relations, working with the media and knowledge management etc.
The members of our Management Team are charged with mentoring younger colleagues. They are also responsible for an office or one of our competence areas and manage customer acquisitions and the strategic further development of the company.
Each employee at CNC is allocated a personal mentor when joining. This is a contact person for all matters concerning HR, such as on-the-job training, coaching, capacity planning, feedback and review meetings, target agreements as well as establishing development plans and measures.
