Max-Christian Lange is an expert in public affairs and financial communications as well as special situations (restructuring).

Before Max-Christian Lange came to CNC, he worked for the strategy consultancy Capgemini Consulting focusing on restructuring and carve-out issues. In addition to large scale transformation projects he was responsible for various restructuring projects in the energy sector and he accompanied spin-off projects in the European Markets.

Max-Christian Lange worked at the German Bundestag as executive assistant, after which he was a team leader at Pleon in Berlin and Brussels for international accounts in public affairs communications.

Max-Christian Lange studied political science and economics in Trier, Pittsburgh (USA) and Berlin.
