Sandra Fabian is a Director at CNC and focuses mainly on Investor Relations as well as financial and transaction communications.

She gained comprehensive experience in all aspects of capital market communications from many years as Investor Relations (IR) Manager at DAX30 companies.

Between 2002 and 2007 she was responsible for the strategic planning and operational IR activities of ALTANA AG. In this function she accompanied numerous corporate processes, e.g. the NYSE listing, acquisitions as well as the Group’s transformation, including repositioning on the capital market.

Before this she worked for the IR department at Fresenius Medical Care AG where she was mainly responsible for annual and quarterly reports as well as the corporate website and operational IR tasks.

Sandra Fabian studied International Business Studies at the University of Paderborn and undertook various work experience abroad in the U.S. and France.
