Xander Heijnen is Director and COO of CNC and is based in the Munich office. He previously held the position of Managing Director of the London office from 2003 to 2008.

Xander Heijnen has extensive experience in international Corporate Communications, Crisis and Issue Management.

Xander Heijnen's specialist areas are the automotive industry and the sports sector. Among other roles, he acted as spokesperson for the major car manufacturers in Formula One from 2003 to 2008.

Prior to joining CNC, he spent seven years at today’s Daimler AG. From 2000 to 2003 he held the position of Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President Global Communications and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, he was Communications Manager for Mercedes-Benz Motorsport and Sports Sponsorship Manager/ Market Relations Manager for the international sales organisation of Mercedes-Benz.

Xander Heijnen is a European Young Leader and Member of the Atlantik Brücke. He holds a Sales Management Degree from the Institute for the Motoring Industry, Kent, UK.
