Helmut Kranzmaier is Managing Director of CNC‘s Berlin office.
He advises clients on public affairs, corporate communications, and capital markets communications.
Before joining CNC, Kranzmaier was a member of the personal staff of Hilmar Kopper, former CEO of Deutsche Bank. He was responsible for mandate and supervisory board affairs and, among other roles, accompanied the Federal Commissioner's Office for Foreign Investments.
From 1997 to 2002, Kranzmaier worked in commercial and investment banking for Deutsche Bank in London, Paris and Munich. His main tasks involved the acquisition and execution of capital market transactions.
Between 1990 and 1996, he worked in various subsidiaries of Deutsche Bank’s Private Client division.
Helmut Kranzmaier studied business administration and holds an Executive MBA from the City University London/Ashridge Business School.
Kranzmaier is a Certified Investor Relations Officer of the German Investor Relations Society.
