Oliver Mueller manages CNC’s New Delhi office and is responsible for developing business in the Indian market.

Before joining CNC, he was Chief Economist of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce where he advised investors, published reports and surveys and oversaw media relations.

For nine years before this he worked as Asia correspondent for Handelsblatt, Germany’s leading business daily – first in China, then in India. Altogether, he has 18 years of experience as a journalist.

Oliver Mueller has been living and working in New Delhi since 2003. Before, he was based in Hong Kong for four years.

“Wirtschaftsmacht Indien”, his book on India‘s economic rise and its impact on the world, was published by Hanser in 2006.

He has an extensive network of opinion-leaders and decision-makers in German and Indian industry, politics and media.

Oliver Mueller studied at the Universities of Munich, Heidelberg and Bucknell (USA) and holds an MA in French and English.
