Mareike Noll is Director Human Resources of CNC. She is responsible for all human resources areas and is the contact person for all CNC offices worldwide.

Before joining CNC, she worked for Tchibo where she was in charge of executive advisory and development and subsequently was Senior Project Manager of Corporate HR.

Prior to joining Tchibo, Mareike Noll was responsible for various recruiting activities at McKinsey & Company where she worked for eight years. She was in charge of the intern recruitment management and the “McKinsey College” – a retention programme for former interns. In addition, her areas of responsibility included application management, candidate selection, development and organisation of national and international recruitment events (Europe/USA), etc.

She graduated in Munich with a major in language interpretation and translation. Mareike Noll is fluent in German, English and French and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
